Transparency

The primary purpose of Wolfpack Pentathlon Club is “to conduct national or international competition in the sport of Modern Pentathlon and to support and develop amateur athletes for national or international competition in the sport of Modern Pentathlon” — Articles of Incorporation, July 8, 2020.

On November 24, 2025, the IRS determined that Wolfpack meets the requirements for classification as a public charity, and updated its records accordingly. (Wolfpack had previously been erroneously classified as a private foundation.) For more information, see this Letter 4425 dated 11/24/2025, which establishes that Wolfpack is now classified by the IRS as a public charity described in IRC Sections 509(a)(2)).
